  • Orders are placed securely through the Website. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Your order is not complete until payment is successfully processed.

  • Once an order is confirmed, production and fulfilment begin. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering via our secure checkout using Squarespace Payments

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.

6. Delivery

  • Prints are fulfilled by a professional printing partner and shipped directly to the customer.

7. Returns & Cancellations

As prints are made to order:

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours unless production has already begun.

  • Returns: We must be notified within 14 days of receiving your parcel that you wish to return it, after which the parcel must be returned within 14 days.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
