A Quiet Wood
In these images, I explore the hush and intimacy of Scottish woodland, spaces where light filters softly through old trees and moss rises like breath from the forest floor. These places are more enclosed, more shadowed than my wide-open landscapes, but they offer their own kind of stillness. This series is about lingering in dappled light, in hidden glades, in the in-between moments of the day, and paying attention to what emerges when everything else falls quiet.
